Hi,
I seem to have problems checking out the alfresco source code using svn. I get the following error

svn: connection refused by the server

Do i need to register or something first

Which URL, command and client are you using? Also, could you have a local firewall blocking the connection?

Thanks,
Mike

Are you using http://svn.alfresco.com/repos/alfresco-open-mirror/alfresco/HEAD/ as the svn repo location?  There are a couple places in the wiki that list the old location svn://svn.alfresco.com

A  C:/eclipse-jee-ganymede-win32/workspace/alfresco1/modules/flex-sdk/samples/flipBook/src/assets/photo09.jpg

svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/alfresco-open-mirror/!svn/vcc/default'
    svn: Connection reset
svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/alfresco-open-mirror/!svn/vcc/default'

above is also the last two files that loaded

any reason for this…
is it possible that the connection timedout

Looks like a temporary fault - could be related to some local connectivity issues we're having here.
