Regarding Google Docs integration, yes, your users will need Google accounts.

Another question every time open the documents server want's login and every edit document version also change like 1.0, 1.1,1.2.

file
File Name:marathon List.xlsx

the i click ok opening excel file and i get the error messangecould not open http://******************************** .xlsx

pls help me

sorry for my bad english

alfresco generates the URL to the file to edit online from entries in alfresco-global.properties.  when you're doing port forwarding (perhaps because you're not on a VPN and don't have a direct connection to the alfresco server which may be on your intranet and isn't accessible from the internet), when you click edit online, the browser will redirect you to a hostnameSmiley Tongueort that you're not currently able to reach.  that's why you're not able to correctly connect to the server and get the file.

The simplest solution would probably be to edit /etc/hosts and have an entry for the alfresco hostname that is mapped to 127.0.0.1 (or 192.168.0.6 in your case). That way, when the alfresco server redirects you to the real hostname, it'll resolve to localhost or 192.168.0.6 and the request will go through your port forward.

You may need to do two port forwards, one for the /alfresco and /share port and one for the vti/sharepoint port.  and if you're going to do this /etc/hosts trick then you'll need to make sure that your sharepoint port (the one you're port forwarding) is the same on localhost as on the alfresco server.

good luck.
