Get documents from Alfresco with FLEX..

Hi.. I'm new at Alfresco and flex but i've already did a flex program to login in alfresco.
Now i want to get and put files in alfresco content. The examples I've seen were not very helpful..

Can someone inlight me how the better way to do it?

PS: I can link directaly from flex to alfresco or using data services..

FlexSpaces has many webscripts and Flex code that calls its web scripts
