Generating WebPreview Failed

Hi,

we just upgraded Alfresco 4.0.0 EE to 4.1.1 EE. Everything seems to be fine except generating the web preview of pdf files. Before upgrade we had no errors with that. After upgrade the generation of the web preview in share failed with the error attached below.

The pdf file in tomcats tmp-dir mentioned in the error does exist and further on I can open it. The error occurs with the Alfresco presentation (pdf-file) about "Alfresco One" (5 MB).

I found this thread https://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=37976 reporting nearly the same problem but setting the variables doesn't fix our problem.

Our environment: Linux, CentOS release 5.8 (Final), 2.6.18-274.12.1.el5, Oracle Cluster

Could anybody give me a hint?
