FTP shows empty /Alfresco folder

Hi everyone,
This happens on some of my alfresco installations and I can't figure out why..
When i log on to alfresco FTP - it's empty, and i can't see any of my files.
Repository reindexing is not helping either.

Anyone knows how to fix that?

Solution was to shutdown samba, and restart alfresco.
