Same question here, in particular for general documentation like "Getting Started with Alfresco Share Collaboration for Entreprise", that I would like to use as basis for my internal training. Incidentally, a Dutch version would be needed.

To look at the other side of the medal, assuming I would (be ready to) translate the document in French and Dutch, can I access the "source" (Word or odt) document ? Is there a place/process for me to contribute it back to the community ?
