Forum Log in username and password mismatch always

Hi,

I had login issue with incorrect username and password, even right after I successfully update my password with email link.

My situation is I have to request reset my password every time I try to log in to the forum.

I'm using my Mac El Capitan and Safari and I also tried with Chrome but no different.

We had some issues the last weeks with the forum, but i'd hoped this was solved by now (as we've been told by our sysadmins). Are you still today facing this issue? Do you still need to reset it every time you want to log in?

I tested again and still had the problem.  I wonder if other user have the issue.

Hi,

Can you try again and let us know if it's still happening.  We have to have spam and attack protection, which may be causing the problem.  We've turned on extra logging, so that might help show us what's going wrong if it keeps happening.
