Form Is not displaying once the Process is started

Hi Team,

I have add an Form using ( in built form properties) in User Task and deploy but the from is not displayed while process is started.

I really do not understand how should display from once my process is started?

For example, I have a process like [Start Event] –> [User Task] –>[End Event]

Shall I  attached a form with the [User Task] so that my "form" will be opened while process is started?


Please helps me it is very urgent

No, if you want to show it when the process starts, you need to add it to the startEvent.
