How to disable a form element in form builder?

You'd need to create a customized 'form stencil' that has the element removed and use that stencil when creating a new form.

I got to disable a form element depending on the user group.How do i do that??

You create a customised stencil (where you remove the form field), and share that with that group. Those users in that group can now use that stencil.
