Five star Rattings add-on is not worked

I have add the Add-on of Fivestar ratting in Alfresco 3.4d community Edition .but it did'nt work.

first i try the "metaversant-fivestar-repo-0.2.amp" for Ratting a Repository.but after insallation i cant able to see the Fivestar ratting in Repository contents.

I would like to use Fivestar ratting in share Environment . is there any plugin available.if it so please help me solve these issues.

Did you install both AMPs? There is one for the alfresco.war and one for the share.war. You must install both to see the five star ratings widget in Alfresco Share.

I see now that there is an AMP for the alfresco.war but the changes for the share.war are distributed as a ZIP. The installation documentation explains that unless you have other extensions installed in Share you can simply unzip the ZIP into $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/share.

If you do have other extensions installed in Share you'll need to be careful to merge the files in the Share ZIP with your other extensions.

I agree that this could be improved. I will add a task to the project to create an AMP for the share.war so that it is easier and more straightforward to install.

I also notice that the zip is called "3.4g" but I don't remember there being a 3.4g. There either was and I have forgotten about it or there was not and this is simply a typo. So I would try using the 3.4g ZIP with your 3.4.d install.
