Finding Content that has custom aspects from 'company_home'

I have created one custom aspect in Alfresco and want to get all the contents associated with my custom aspects "myCustomAspects"
I have properly created aspects and able to add it with my contents.
Can anyone help me to get the contents from Alfresco associated with my custom aspects.
I have two metadata associated with my Custom Aspects
1)startDate
2)endDate

Please suggest.
