Filter in ldap authentication

Hi all, i've installed Alfresco 3.4.c in Linux and i've set LDAP authentication and synchronization. It's work ok.

But i have
ldap.authentication.userNameFormat=cn\=%s,cn\=Users,dc\=ual,dc\=es

And i need:
SearchBase and PersonQuery for Authentication, because not all user in  cn\=Users,dc\=ual,dc\=es   must login.

Is posible…?
ldap.authentication.userNameFormat=(&(cn\=%s,cn\=Users,dc\=ual,dc\=es)(irisuserentitlement\=foo))
