Files were deleted, but *.bin files are staing in 'dir.root'

I've a few files in the alfresco repository. Then I remove them from repository in Share.
But theirs *.bin files in the repository folder stayed (C:\Alfresco\alf_data\contentstore).
How to solve the problem with repository cleaning?

"Manage Deleted Items" in admin's user profile of Explorer solves the problem.
