File restriction during Upload

Hi,

I would like to transfer DWG file to PDF file in alfresco 5 version,so for  I have tried with one approach but its not yet success,could you please suggest me if I am wrong anything.(OR)If any one having appropriate code please send me to complete this feature.
and also I have created rule in UI then tried to upload DWG file while uploading  getting error like
Transformer for 'image/vnd.dwg' source mime type and 'application/pdf' target mime type was not found. Operation can't be performed
