File not submitting to Staging

Hi,

I am using the WCM component of Alfresco. I have a few files in my sandbox that I am not able to submit to staging. When I try to promote these files, i do not get any error, but these files stay in "My Modified Items". Is this a known issue(bug) or indicates that i am doing something wrong?

Also, this behavior is not a consistent behavior, i.e. i do not face this problem with all the files, but just a few ones.

One way that i have found to deal with this problem is to first "Revert" the problematic file and then redo those changes. And if I am lucky the second time, then the file will get submitted.

Any Ideas??

Sounds like https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETWOTWO-975 (where previously, conflicting files were silently ignored on submit) ?

This should be resolved in latest Enterprise service packs (for 2.2 and 3.1) and also in Community 3.2.
