Field 'variables' is always empty in /runtime/tasks

Hi,

I have been trying to get process variables along with task information as a result of /runtime/tasks request but with no luck.
Field 'variables' is always empty in response.

I have already checked sources but have not found places where this field is set.

Could someone point me to the right direction?

Forgot to add.
If I send a request runtime/tasks/<taskId>/variables then variables are correctly returned for the task.

Never mind.

I was wrong.

Everything works fine with parameter
includeProcessVariables=true
