FDK installation problem with share 4.2.f

Hi,
I installed the FDK kit by following steps given in the link:
http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Forms_Development_Kit

But when i try to access http://localhost:8080/share/page/fdk or http://localhost:8080/share/page/form-console
I get the following error:
servlet.ServletException: Could not resolve view with name 'fdk' in servlet with
name 'Spring Surf Dispatcher Servlet'
servlet.ServletException: Could not resolve view with name 'form-console' in servlet with
name 'Spring Surf Dispatcher Servlet'
The .amp file shows in the list of installed files in alfresco.war. Can anyone tell, why the installation doesn't work?

Presuming the Tomcat instance you are using has been configured to use the shared folder you can simply drop the JAR file (alfresco-fdk.jar) into <tomcat>/shared/lib.
