Fails to start: hangs on Startup of 'thirdparty' subsystem

Hi all, I am having an issue with not being able to start Alf 3.2 Community. Like the Subject says, Alfresco simply hangs after I receive the following message in the alfresco.log "INFO  [org.alfresco.repo.management.subsystems.ChildApplicationContextFactory] Startup of 'thirdparty' subsystem, ID: [default] complete".

I am not doing any development on this installation, and so I find that this error just "popping up" out of nowhere to be very odd. I have referred to this link, but I cannot find the openoffice-startup-context.xml file that it speaks of.
https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETHREEOH-2790

This is what I CAN find: locate openoffice-

Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thank you.

Hi guys, when I run the TOP command, java appears to be using 100% of the CPU. This occurs just after I start Alf, and while the  Startup of 'thirdparty' subsystem is hanging.  Even after I stop Alf, java sticks around to use 98-100% of the CPU.

Ok so I solved this after 6 hours of beating my head against the desk 😜

After shutting down Alfresco I deleted the folders "lucene-indexes" & "backup-lucene-indexes" from /Alfresco/alf_data (made a tarball of the folders before deleting).

I then set "index.recovery.mode=FULL" in repository.properties & started up Alfresco.

It took 20 minutes to reindex, but Alf was back up and running, with the indexes rebuilt.

In short, you just have to wait it out when Alf gets to that line, it is loading the indexes, which takes time.
