Failed to initialize desktop action

Hi everybody.

I'm using alfresco 3.2r2 and also i downloaded SDK for 3.2r2.

I just wanna run FirstFoundationClient.java in SDK FirstFoundationClient. I imported all jars.

Unfortunately i got :

Failed to initialize desktop action
Unable to resolve drag and drop application as a file, class path resource [alfresco/desktop/Alfresco.exe]

I can see Alfresco.exe in config.jar but no way.

What is your suggestions.

I recently downloaded 3.2r2 and have the exact same problem.  None of the samples execute and I cannot unit test the Alfresco code.  What is the solution to this problem?
