I set up Activiti 5.13 in Tomcat 7.  Everything works great.  I can deploy process definitions just fine.  So I copy the Tomcat folder (w/ Activiti) and handed to him.  He installed database on his machine w/ the same user/password like mine.  He's able to view Activiti-Explorer.  However, when he tries to upload a process definition, Activiti throws this error:

It's not wrong with the process definition because I can upload it on my machine just fine.  I don't know if there is anything that need to be configured outside the Tomcat folder (other than database) that I forgot to tell him?

Please help.  Thanks,

Tan

Are you trying it in the same browser? Same operating system? I'm asking cause OS changes could have impact on how the file is stored.

Yes, we both use Chrome on Windows 7.

Seems like the deployment (that should have been created) is "null", when the view want's to show it. Not really sure what could be causing this…
