Explorer server not starting up

Hi,

I have been struggling with this for a week now. Can some one pleaseeee help on how to start the server to run the explorer again. I installed the community WCM on windows 7 and stop the server from the start menu. when I start it from there. It opens the command prompt windows but gets stuck on root of factory hierarchy.

OK I think I found out what the issue was with starting up. I to run the start option from start menu couple of even three times sometimes and in the middle of it I go to the windows services and restart it there even if it has started there.
