Exception encoding

Hi


I created action in alfresco to execute some business logic before create document and when error occurred then throws exception to workdesk, In previous version is running but in new version the exception is encoding .

Old version:

Unfortunately I am busy doing other things at the moment and did not investigate this further. I can only tell that this issue does not occur for all the default delivered Workdesk languages.

To investigate this issue I´d need to throw an Arabic exception somehow in ALfresco and display that one in Workdesk and I don´t have time to setup this enviroment at the moment.

I am destined for your efforts to help me solve problems, but most of the problems to be solved is concerned with the customer to be able to deal with the application, so this issue is the most important problems , because the message that appears to him that guide him for the wrong type If he do not understand the error so he did not do anything with the application .
Anyway, I want to acknowledge the point. Area displaying the error in the Workdesk ( OwMainLayout_ERROR ) is divided into two parts the first is responsible for the exception message only and the second for the full stack of the exception.
From the second part : the exception displays properly with support Arabic characters >> conclusion: Alfresco is not responsible for the problem, because it comes properly , But in the first part  does not support  Arabic characters properly. Hence, I expect the problem in a manner specific to display the error in the first part of the error layout in Workdesk .
Note: Currently, I am using workdesk version 4.1.1.1 , In workdesk version 4.1.0.0  is working properly( support Arabic characters)

The issue was found and fixed on the Workdesk side and will be available with the next Workdesk release.
