Exception bei Alfresco Server Start

Hallo!

Als Alfresco Neuling hatte ich bereits die Version 3.4d installiert und einige Hürden kennen und zu lösen gelernt.
Nach dem Einrichten einiger Test-Shares ist es mir gelungen, das System zu korrumpieren, weshalb ich mich
entschloss, die Installation gänzlich zu entfernen und neu aufzusetzen.
Dabei lernte ich, daß das ohne Reinigung der DB nicht ganz reibungsfrei möglich ist.

Nun mein Problem:
Alfresco ist nun wieder installiert, mit einer sauberen mysql-DB.
Beim Start des Alfresco-Server erhalte ich folgendes Error-Log, das auf Probleme beim Recovery hinweist.

Was ist hier schief gelaufen?
Ist das nur eine falsche Konfiguration, oder eine 'Leiche' der Vorinstallation?
