Hi,
My alfresco was running perfectly. Today I tried to add one user and it was giving popup and not creating any user. Then I tried to upload the same user using .csv file and the hover glass was rotating and after few minutes I closed the window. After that I am not able to login. I am getting that "Your authentication details have not been recognized or Alfresco may not be available at this time." I tried to remove the solr folder contents and restart the server but all in-vain.
I am attaching the solr.log, share.log and alfresco.log. Please help me out.
Thanks in advance.

It seems that your filesystem is corrupted.
Have you any backup of your `C:\ALFRES~2\alf_data` folder?

As Angel Borroy said you should restore a previous backup for solving this issue.
Then you should understand why you had this crash on your storage.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Sorry I do not have that previous backup. Is there any way to know that which doc or element is doing this problem? Or you are suggesting to reinstall it in fresh. But if I come to know that which particular operation is doing this problem then I can tell my user not to do that. I have restored the repository and database to a fresh machine but it is causing the same issue.
Please help!! or is there any way to clean-up the bad data from the existing repository and database.
Thanks,
Suhajit.
