error while adding press release content

any body knows why  we are getting errors while trying to create content for  pres release
the error follows

I have the same problem.
Maybe Is something absent in the repository?
Has it something that to see with the introduced company profiles?
Any idea?

which version are you using .The stable  3.0 one or any other 3b / 3c  version
