Error generating a rendition because of locked index

Hi.

We've got a Web Form for newsletters and a newsletter-index.xsl template for generating a index of all newsletters within the directory. The problem is that whenever someone creates a new newsletter the Alfresco also locks the index.html (generated by newsletter-index.xsl). Now, when someone else (without Content Manager privileges) tries to add another newsletter, the following error is encountered:

Any suggestions? Can we somehow skip the locking of these index files?

I've heard this is already raised in JIRA and was being targeted for the official 3.2 release.

But I don't know the JIRA ticket so cannot confirm this.
