Error caused by enabling Auto Version?

Hi all,

I am using Alfresco EE 3.4 and my auto version is on. I have created a space and am trying to rename it by modifying the space name but a error accures:

The error is: Failed to create new space due to error: 00280150 Failed to execute transaction-level behaviour public abstract void org.alfresco.repo.node.NodeServicePolicies$OnUpdatePropertiesPolicy.onUpdateProperties(org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.NodeRef,java.util.Map,java.util.Map) in transaction 1bf2f246-49c3-4ba3-9948-a724de67b3c1

After i set the Auto Version on 'No', i am able to rename a space, but when i try to set the auto version 'On' i get another error.

Does anybody have any answers?
Our app is already in production and end users are getting the errors, so please anybody asasp HELP.

I mean it should me possible to rename a space in Alfresco right?
This without disabling the 'Auto version' (if this rule was created).

Is this a bug in Alfresco or a Operating System issue?
My alfresco is installed on Linux.

Any help is most welcome.

for example what does "i try to set the auto version 'On' i get another error." mean?

Hi Rogers,

I'm testing on a windows environment, but the production application is on Linux.
We are using Enterprise Edition v 3.3.

Here are my steps:
1. I create a business rule for auto version in the root (Company Home)
2. I create a space (aspect Auto version is enable)
3. I rename the space, with success. The space is renamed
4. I rename the space again  (aspect Auto version is still enable), i get the error below:

Please correct the errors below then click OK.
    * Failed to create new space due to error: 01020002 Failed to execute transaction-level behaviour public abstract void org.alfresco.repo.node.NodeServicePolicies$OnUpdatePropertiesPolicy.onUpdateProperties(org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.NodeRef,java.util.Map,java.util.Map) in transaction ff0a9eb5-eae9-4756-ab5b-721bd42a0ee9

5. I disable the aspect Auto Version, i can rename the space with success
6. I enable the aspect Auto Version, i get the error below:
     
Please correct the errors below then click OK.

Rogers,

When the aspect Auto version is enable,
I only get the error with renaming/changing a meta data of a space.
I do not get this error when i change a meta data of a content (.jpg, .word, txt etc) in a space. :?
