Is it possible to assign a document library an email address and have your email client forward emails to it? We have a requirement of keeping certain contractor emails archived and we are currently using public folders in Exchange. We set up rules in the email clients to forward specific emails to the public folders.
It is possible to email to an Alfresco space (Community 2.9 and Enterprise 2.2 onward). You'll need to configure the inbound email server to do this. For details check out the following URL:
