Email notification on user creation

Hi,

I have no problem to make email notification work on task assignment and site invitation, but just couldn't let new user get notified with email. I am new to the Alfresco Community 4.0.d, and am wondering if there is any one can enlighten me regarding this configuration issue. Thank you in advance!

Can you please try by  making value of this property as false.
notification.email.siteinvite=false
