Email Aspect

can any one tell me what is the use of email & Classifiable aspect on document when we made it in create rule..??

The "cm:emailed" aspect is required for the Outlook Email Metadata extracter properties. Alfresco 2.0 can extract to/from/subject etc. from Outlook OLE2 MSG format emails. In Alfresco 2.1 the content of the message is converted to text also for full-text indexing of the email.

Adding a aspect provides additional attributes on a piece on content managed by Alfresco.  Look at the item's Details to see these.

Aspects can be reused across content types:  in the case of Classifiable, it enables you to tie in the same structured taxonomy definition.

     but i would like to know what is the exact use of email and classfiable aspect for document managemet,i do not want to know about technicle terms,I am new to this,so i would like to use of email/classfialble aspect..

  so when i set email/classifiable aspect using create rule to particular document so what changes occur in that documents..

for e.g i have set summarizable aspect on document,now i can see new field summary while creating/add conten like this….
