Elements disappear from Activiti diagram

Hi,

I am suffering from an issue where every so often, elements such as ExclusiveGateways, Flows and Timers disappear from the diagram. Upon checking the XML, I can still see the element there, and the flows leading to it, but the diagram itself does not have it, and is causing an error when trying to deploy the BAR in Activiti Explorer.

Is there a fix for this bug?

Is there a sequence of actions that reproduce these issues?
I've not experienced it yet.
