Elements are not displayed

Hi.
i'm trying to run the activiti on my pc.
when i open the modeler the palette with the objects is empty. no elements are present. The deploy into tomcat seems to work without errors. any idea?

PS: if i open an existing example i can add objects by using the "fast menu" which appears next to the selected object.

does anyone know the solution?

I have just had this issue.

It seems to be browser related for me.

Using 5.6 modeler with safari worked for me until a recent update to safari (I think).

Now I can get modeler to work, regarding the palette, with chrome, but not with safari or FF.
