Editor Permission Not Always Available

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

When i add users to Share and go to modify their right in Alfresco, sometimes i see the Editor right and other times i do not.
So i have some users which have it, and others which i cannot add it to since i don't see it anymore.

is this a bug? i looked in Jira, but couldn't find it.

p.s. i tried all 3 browsers and same behaviour.

An "Editor" role doesn't exist within Share - are you trying to apply the permissions via the Explorer (JSF) web client? If so, this isn't supported.

The four Share roles are: Manager, Collaborator, Contributor, Consumer.
