Does WebDav break Alfresco Share?

I have noticed some strange behavior when using FrameMaker 9 to check out files via webdav and the browse URL method. I noticed that the folder that contains the checked out file using FrameMaker 9 no longer shows files in the Alfresco Share web portal.

Once I check the file back in using FrameMaker 9, I can refresh the Alfresco Share browser window and all the files in the directory will display again.

I am not sure if this is a FrameMaker issue or a Alfresco issue, however, I feel that the Share portal should still function properly even if a file is checked out via WebDav and should just display the file as being locked for editing or checked out, etc.

Would love to know if others have experienced this and if there are any resolutions.

Thank you.

Hello

It looks similar to the issue mentioned here: https://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=41820

The bug seems now to be under investigation: https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-12130

Problem described here is stil present in Community 4.0. When a document in a folder is locked via webdav (aspect cm:lockable applied), the document list cannot be loaded in Share. Not sure yet how to solve this.
