Hello,
Does the "Guest" account belong to the system "GROUP_EVERYONE" group?
Or the guest user does not belong to any group at all?

Hi,
GROUP_EVERYONE does not include the Guest user. Guest privileges must be explicitly set on content for the Guest user. This is the case so that there is a clear differentiation between guests and all users in the system. Guest is synonymous to anonymous user as in users who don't have an account.
Hope this helps,
