Does Alfresco Share have cyclic tasks and subtasks?

Hello everybody.
I wonder, are there 2 features in Alfresco share: cyclic task (for runing every month, for example) and subtasks? If it is, so how to do?

Hi 7cigun,

For running tasks repeatedly you can use Alfresco Scheduled Jobs (http://docs.alfresco.com/5.1/references/dev-extension-points-scheduled-jobs.html) but this is an extension point, so some programming needed - there's no screen to set things like this up.

For subtasks, you'll need to be clearer what you mean and what you want to do?

I see. Thanks.
About subtasks. For examle, general task is to build house. Subtask1 to employee1 is to buy materials. Subtask for employee2 is to assemble them.

No, there's nothing out the box that will support sub tasks like that, but it might be worthwhile looking at https://forums.alfresco.com/forum/developer-discussions/alfresco-share-development/subtask-workflow-... - I have not used or evaluated the extension referenced so I can't recommend it either way

Steven

Thank you. Saw that, but it`s not compatible (not supported) with my version of alfresco (5.1.0).
