Does Alfresco have the 'soft-link' function?

In Linux we use "ln -s" to create a soft link, wonder how to implement it in Alfresco.

The underlying repository supports objects being stored in multiple folders, which is essentially the same thing. It is not exposed to the user interface, but you could write a customization to do that.
