DOCX files losing content (images, ToCs)

Just installed the latest version of Alfresco on Ubuntu, along with SWFTools, Imagemagick and OO.

Got the thumbnail previews fine, and got the document preview showing up too. However with docx files certain parts of the content aren't appearing, namely the table of contents and graphics/images. I assume this is down to poor conversion between Microsoft Office and Open Office.

Any solution to this?

Check the version of OpenOffice you have installed on the server can load the docx files correctly; you may need a newer version.

I've installed the latest version of OpenOffice-java-common but didn't have the OO full suite installed. Just installed that, and opened up a docx document with Writer; the table of contents reappeared but I still don't get any images.

There has been no difference to the previews in Alfresco.
