Hi, I have a problem with Alfresco 5. I am trying to send documents to users that originally have no access to them. So what I did is add permissions in custom workflows. While I was using Alfresco 4.2 I was able to do this by only adding permissions to the document and now I have to add permissions to the parent folder also. Otherwise I am not able to see the document (the person that receives it).
Alfresco 5 asks for the parent folder and if it is not found (in this case the user has no permissions to search it or open it) it throws error 500. I believe that the difference is in pickerresults.lib.ftl.

Is there a way to override this change in Alfresco 5?
I have an idea to somehow override the package items control but have no idea how to do this. Maybe it's a silly idea but it is the only one I have.
Is it possible and if yes, how can I create new custom package items control that would be fully functional.
I don't have a lots of experience in this so please help me
