Document view not working

Dear, the visualization of the document only works in the first moments of the Toncat startup, after it returns the following error: "The visualization of the document can not be loaded from the server." Please help me, I do not know what to do.

Hi there,

I guess it could be a problem with your openoffice connection, sometimes it loses the connection and the error happen.

I don't know which is your enviorment, and also could be great yo see some part of the log of your server, but check this link:
