Document phisical location

Hi,
i saw that documents are phisically stored in /alf_data/contents as .bin.
How can i retrieve all the documents. for exmple, uploaded by a users.
I mean, how can i can retrieve documents starting from database tabels?

You should use the Lucene search for these kind of overviews - querying the DB directly is a bad bad idea.
