Hi I am new to Alfresco My requirement is A document is uploaded in a space by the user That document should be sent to admin when he logs in and also an email notification to admin that doc is uploaded After admin has approved it. then it should go to Published workspace If he rejects, It should go to drafts again and an email notification to the author of the doc that it is rejected Is there any workflow to implement this Anyone please help
Hi Thanks for ur reply But a user who uploaded the document couldnt click on request for approval in more actions.why? I want the flow such that when any user uploaded a doc, he should be able to click on request for approval. Then that doc should be moved to Pending Approval, then admin approves/rejects it. Pls let me know how it can be done
