Document Library Download Button

Hello All,

Newbie here with a two part question:

1. Has anyone experienced the Document Library "Download" button not working?
2. How can I tell which Alfresco version I am using?

Hi,
you can know the alfresco version from the alfresco web client>administration console>system information.

No I have not experienced the dis functionality of download button of document library.
Is it previously working properly?
Find the log files and post so that it will be easy to find the actual error.

Yes. Experience this issue consistently in 3.2R community.

Specifically, in the Document Library | Document Details page, Document Actions | Download Button.

Error behavior:
Click the Download button and the Web app returns the Web user to the My Dashboard page. No download occurs. The download can still be achieved directly from the Document Library Web page using the document's download icon button.

Please explain what logs are needed and I will provide for troubleshooting.
