Display document version on workflow details page

Hi,

I would like to display the document version on the workflow details page, like the attached image. I have a couple of questions regarding the implementation.

1. Where is the ajax code for displaying the 'Items' section located? Is this packed in a jar somewhere? It is missing in the my-workflows.ftl file.
2. Where is the link between the documents and workflow stored in the database? I would like to know the table name which has a reference to both the workflow ID as well as the content ID.

I am still looking for a solution to this. I would basically like to display the document version the workflow was started for somewhere on the workflow-details page. Maybe in the description if not in the Items section. I am still unsure as to whether the version of the document is actually stored when a workflow is started. Thanks!
