Display custom workflow in Eclipse

Hi all,
After intalling activiti plug-in, eclipse is displaying the following workflow forms.
wf:submitAdhocTask
wf:submitReviewTask
wf:submitGroupReviewTask
wf:submitParallelReviewTask

If I want to display my custom workflow form means, what steps need to be followed ?

Go to Eclipse, Preferences, Activiti, Alfresco Settings and add your custom types to the list as shown below:
