You asked this in the "Alfresco in the cloud" forum. Discussions are not supported in Alfresco in the cloud.
If you posted in the wrong forum and you meant to ask about the mobile app hitting Alfresco on-premise, the mobile app on iOS does not support discussions. It does support comments and ratings, however.
