Differences between Alfresco Enterprise 2.2 and 3.0

Hello, i am new in this forum.
Can anybody help me or give me directions? I want to find out the differences between Alfresco 2.2 Enterprise and 3.0 Enterprise. Will 2.2 Enterprise be continued or does 3.0 Enterprise replace 2.2 in the future? Is 2.2 contained in 3.0 or are there differences? I have tried many places (Alfresco Home Page, Wiki etc.)but i was not able to find that out.

Alfresco Enterprise 3 replaces all previous versions of Alfresco since it is a major release.    Enterprise 2.1 and 2.2 are still supported.

In general, 3.0 contains all of the functionality of previous versions, and it adds a whole lot more.
