Difference: expected schema

I'm getting errors when trying to start Alfresco after updating from 3.4d to 4.0c:

Difference: expected schema .name="", but was alfresco4.name="alfresco4"

I'd like to have a clue about the causes and possible solutions.

Thanks for posting, It will be much better for others to find the exact reason, If they can see the error messages coming in catalina.out.
Please post the contents of the log files, with the OS details, and how u had upgraded
