I installed different modules. Now I looked at http://localhost/share/service/modules/deploy. There I only see "Alfresco Portlet Extension" under available modules. The deployed modules list is empty.
Do you mean a custom data model? If you do then they don't get deployed you need to tell Alfresco to include them using a {yourname}-model-context.xml file
