Deploy war on Tomcat6

Hi,

I try to install Alfresco Labs 3b war-file (alfresco-labs-war-3b.tar.gz) via an already installed Tomcat6 on a VPS running on Ubuntu 8.04.

Re installation of Tomcat6 I followed http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/linux/installing-tomcat-6-on-ubuntu/ and it worked smoothly.

In order to adjust the Alfresco directories in accordance to Tomcat 6 I followed http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Install_Tomcat6. It doesn't work due to the following open issues:

1) where to copy the "licenses" directory?
2) where to copy the "extras" directory?
3) in which directory has the mysql database to be set up (in the subdirectory or 2))?

licences would be a child of the "shared/alfresco" folder.

It doesn't matter where the extras or mysql are placed.

If this does not make sense I'd suggest installing Tomcat 5.5 instead.
